• Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight services).

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided in the invoice.

3. Delivery Time

• Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.

• Le Styles Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment is dispatched.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Le Styles Inc. is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Claims may require photos and shipping documentation.

Return & Refund Policy (Wholesale)

Le Styles Inc.

Due to the nature of wholesale business, all sales are final, except in specific cases outlined below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is defective

• The incorrect item was shipped

No returns are accepted for:

• Overstock or unsold inventory

• Customer preference or sizing issues

• Clearance or discounted items

2. Return Authorization

• All returns require prior authorization from Le Styles Inc.

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Timeframe

Approved returns must be reported within 3 business days of delivery and shipped back within the approved timeframe.

4. Refunds & Credits

• Approved returns may be issued as a store credit or replacement, at our discretion.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Le Styles Inc.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
